EcoTex Woven Polypropylene (PP)
Material geosintetik berbentuk lembaran yang dibuat dari benang Polypropylene (PP) berkualitas tinggi melalui proses rajutan atau anyaman. Proses ini menghasilkan material dengan kekuatan tarik yang sangat tinggi, stabilitas dimensi yang baik, serta daya tahan jangka panjang. Karena sifatnya yang kuat dan ekonomis, EcoTex woven menjadi salah satu material paling banyak digunakan dalam berbagai proyek sipil, geoteknik, dan lingkungan.

Fungsi Utama EcoTex Woven PP
Separator (Pemisah Lapisan)
Memisahkan dua lapisan tanah atau material dengan karakteristik berbeda, mencegah pencampuran, serta menjaga kinerja masing-masing lapisan.
Cushioning (Lapisan Pelindung)
Berfungsi sebagai lapisan pelindung pada struktur lain seperti geomembrane agar tidak rusak akibat gesekan atau tekanan langsung dari material kasar.
Perkuatan Timbunan
Menambah kekuatan tanah timbunan, mencegah penurunan berlebihan, dan meningkatkan daya dukung lahan.
Perkuatan Lereng
Memberikan stabilitas tambahan pada lereng curam, mencegah longsor, serta memperpanjang umur struktur perkuatan.
Pembuatan Produk Turunan (Geobag, EcoTube, dsb.)
EcoTex woven digunakan sebagai material utama dalam pembuatan geobag, EcoTube, dan geocontainer yang diaplikasikan untuk pengendalian abrasi, reklamasi, maupun proteksi pantai.
Filterisasi (Penyaringan)
Menyaring aliran air agar partikel tanah tidak ikut terbawa, menjaga stabilitas struktur drainase, tanggul, maupun lereng.
